Prawns (caught with traps) marinated
Filippino reveals us the fastest and the most delicious way to prepare one of the typical dishes of the Aeolian cuisine: prawns caught with traps
Ingredients (2 servings)
500 g fresh prawns (caught with traps)
1 glass of extra virgin olive oil
½ glass of lemon juice
¼ teaspoon red chilli
1 bunch of herbs (mint, basil, parsley)
salt q.s.
Preparation
Cut the head of the prawns leaving the shell and the part of eggs characterized by the typical blue color.
Cut into pieces the herbs with a knife, put together all the ingredients with the prawns caught with traps and let marinate for 6/7 minutes in the fridge.
Serve fresh and savour it
